Welcome to the Lakers Touch Rugby Club. Whether you're interested in getting some exercise, meeting new people, travelling around Europe, or just having a go at this new sport, please come down. We have built 4 levels of playing experience to ensure all ages, genders and skills levels are accommodated for.

We host a social touch league during summer, a national touch league throughout the year against other Cantons, an international tournament team which represents Lakers around Europe, and hold technical training sessions and games for players that would like to represent Switzerland. What ever your level or experience is, Lakers are here to accommodate.
